At Apogee IT Services, we recognize that tomorrow's leaders are today's students and graduates. We recognize and understand the importance of internship opportunities throughout our company that continue to provide emerging young professionals with the exposure and experiences needed to begin considering professional career paths after graduation.
Our one-semester internship program will help you get to know our business and culture as you expand your knowledge, improve key skills and grow professionally. As an intern, you will gain extensive exposure to our products and services and complement your education with real-world experiences.
• Your skills will be sharpened as full members of a project team, working alongside leaders in partnership with business unit clients. Some of the highlights as a member of the team are business insights sessions with the Senior Leadership team across the organization and professional development opportunities.• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree program in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or other business related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
"As we near the final days of my internship, I am excited to reflect and update you all on my experiences over the past several weeks."
"As soon as I sat down in my first marketing course at Duquesne University, the first words out of my professor's mouth were "Get ready for internships, they will be the best experience you can get." That professor was not wrong."
"As I neared the end of my Junior year of college, it hit me. Not only would I be graduating in the next year, but I would be entering the real world of business. With college grads having an increasingly difficult time finding and retaining decent jobs, and seeing my friends and family who have recently graduated struggle with this, I became very nervous."
My Experience as a Project Coordinator Intern
"Apogee ITS has provided me with many opportunities to grow professionally. During the past six months of me internship I became involved with the formatting and designing of client facing documents and collaborated with a team to update internal processes with the core objective of improving efficiencies."
Thank you Apogee for an Opportunity during Covid-19
"Due to the global pandemic, seemingly every internship program I had applied to was canceled and I was left with no opportunity for work. Through all the mayhem caused by the cancellation of programs, Apogee was one organization that was looking to give back and give young professionals the chance to get their foot into the door of a growing industry. An Internship at Apogee
"My role was business development analyst intern. I worked closely with our Vice President of Services, Dori Spade, where I was tasked with redesigning business acquisition processes and searching for potential prospects in the New England area. I also assisted Apogee with acquiring bids on public contracts in Massachusetts."
