We'll begin with a simple conversation. We'll get to know your company more, what makes you tick, the technology you use, the IT pain you're currently experiencing, and where you want your business to go in the future.

If we're a fit, that's great. If not, we might have suggestions on what else you might try.

If the fit is right, we’ll talk more about the details of your infrastructure, issues, and concerns. Then we'll provide a managed services proposal outlining the services we would provide to you under the monthly cost. 

Start with a Network Assessment

Some organizations prefer to start with a Network Assessment that allows us to provide a more detailed assessment of your infrastructure including risks, issues, concerns and recommendations for action.

The Network Assessment is a fee-based project, and 50% of the cost of the Network Assessment can be applied to the cost of the onboarding project.

Client Onboarding

During the onboarding we install our tools, document your environment, and explain how best to work with us. We also identify potential pitfalls in your current environment, along with recommendations for how to address them.
