Apogee is focused on delivering the ultimate client experience. Our clients share the great experiences they have with Apogee through a tool called Smileback. We provide this survey immediately following their interactions with us. Using this platform has increased our customer feedback through a simplified, one-click solution.
This solution consists of three Smiley Faces, which are attached to all completed service requests closed by Apogee’s Support Desk. Our customers are asked to select one of the three faces below depending on their experience. After capturing their response, they then have the ability to provide a short text response.
