Emergency IT Support: Onsite Response

It's rare that you'll need our support services after we make network improvements, IT is finicky. Something always goes wrong at one point or another, no matter what you do and how well you do it.

In the event that you experience an issue that we can't fix from our Help Desk, we dispatch our closest qualified IT technician. We'll stay onsite and actively address these issues until the computer system is restored to a functional state...no matter how long it takes.

 


After-Hours Network Support

In the event that an onsite visit is required after hours, we have a number of options available to fit any schedule. This is a customizable IT support service that can be catered to your short or long-term needs and depending on the severity of the issue you're experiencing.

We have techs on call 24/7/365, so we're always ready to help when you need us most.

Hourly Rate for Onsite Technician Support

Hourly support rates are determined by support program and/or technician qualification. This ranges from $100-$150 per hour. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
