We involve one of our senior technologists to come to your office and do a complete evaluation of your network and infrastructure. We capture all the details of your current IT setup and do any other scoping necessary to present the right solution for your business.

Next, we schedule a mutually convenient time for us to present your customized technology solution. If you’re at one of our offices you can take a tour and see our techs in action. Or we can come to you. At this meeting we’ll cover your solution in detail. And you’ll be able to ask any further questions.

Upon signing on with Apogee, you begin to fully experience the Apogee Advantage. Your business will have a dedicated onboarding team doing all the prep work to ensure a clean cutover. All your IT will transition over with no downtime or break in business operations. You’ll meet your dedicated Technical Account Manager, who will be your single point of contact for the onboarding and as a client.

Now that your onboarding is complete, use us when you need us. Our Help Desk is staffed in-house to resolve your user issues, from simple to the most complex (L1-L4). Our project team will handle special initiatives such as email migration or finding you the right file sync-and-share solution. Your TAM will check in with you periodically. And we’ll handle the rest -- network management, monitoring, backups, etc. – so you have peace of mind.
